My official message board participation, as Pothos on Avenue-X, ended on May, 2007.
I had to deal with a major injustice against my double's favorites. They were my favorites back then, not now.
The first injustice was a picture violation.
Red, one of Avenue-X' administrators, gave a woman permission to post her picture. This picture violated advertising rules. It gave this woman an advertising advantage over the other women.
My two favorite women jumped in and called her out on it. This started a flame war that lacerated multiple women.
Red, the message board owner, sat on information that could've stopped this fight. Why would she do that?
She was one of the main administrators. A flame war, full of drama, increases traffic to a site. Why jump in and say something to stop the fight? Why do that and stop traffic coming in? Healthy site traffic is good for her business.
Avenue-X' screening breakdown was the second issue.
Avenue-X has a VIP forum that only a few could access. These few have to pass a vigorous screening. This forum contained sensitive information.
One woman made it through that shouldn't have passed their screening process. This person had connections to people that posed a potential threat to the message board's community.
Her username was "Ebony Lace 007."
Both Aimee and Leetah tried to notify the administrators about this breach. The administrators retaliated by banning them. Shortly after the banning, the administrators threw them under the bus with the media.
My friendship with Leetah ended the following January. Aimee and Leetah ended their friendship with each other that same month. My friendship with Aimee ended two years later.
But, I'm still reposting the following posts to close a debate I got involved with.
The below posts were my last official Avenue-X posts. The administrators deleted those posts, then locked the thread. Since I didn't get the last word there, I'm getting it here. I have to set the record straight.
After I got banned, Aimee showed me a different side to her. She attacked and harassed me with a new persona. She kept fighting me, via email.
What was her weakness? First, she failed to advance a reasoned argument backed with fact and logic. She argued on emotion and not fact. Second, her arguments had as many holes as a fishing net. Third, she couldn't hold her "persona" for long before the real Aimee shows up.
My perception of Aimee changed after several debates, with her several online entities. This woman is bat-shit crazy. She switches back and forth between the ideal girlfriend and the stalker and the harasser.
She accused me, several times, of being a stalker. The reality? She stalked me.
She had a username on every message board I participated on. These included non hobby message boards. Anytime I did something that she didn't approve, she'd attack me on one of these forums.
In January of 2008, we had another massive message board brawl. This took place on Virginia After Dark. On one side, we had her different persona and her. On the other side, her former allies from the last Avenue-X brawl. I destroyed her argument in a way she never got destroyed in debate. I exposed her games and antiques as well.
She lost it.
She sent me harassing emails. She also called Jack Oat in his office, and me at home. She called Jack Oat at his workplace, and threatened him. He started the thread where our brawl took place at. He deleted that thread as a result.
Of course, the only way that she'd call my home, confident that I was there, was if she were in my neighborhood. All of our cars sat in our driveway. A sensible person would've called later on in the day. Not this one, she called me three times within 10 minutes.
Her craziness didn't end there.
I'm familiar with her writing style, and demeanor, thanks to our multiple debates. I'm willing to entertain another reality.
What's this reality?
That Aimee could be the culprit behind News Channel 3's showing her picture, and Leetah's picture, on a news segment. She more than likely did this through one of her created personas.
Why would she do this?
She wanted to drum business up after getting banned. She also wanted to kill two birds with one stone, she retaliated against Avenue-X.
She previously posted as Shelly on Avenue-X. She made her last post there on a thread that "Dirty Secrets" started. Dirty Secrets flamed her and her practices. But, if you look at "Dirty Secrets" post, you'd notice Aimee's writing.
I recognize her tone and writing all over that post.
Then she comes in as "Shelly," to address the first post. She quotes the section attacking the board VIPs. She doesn't deny "Dirty Secrets'" charges. She was playing on the hopes that many would capitalize on those charges.
Her intent, with both events, was to drum business up for herself... her other intent was to try to hurt Avenue-X.
The fact that Avenue-X' cadre failed to fight her claims doesn't help their case either. In fact, it speaks volumes. I wish I had access to copies of the messages they claimed they had.
So I still stand by what I told them. My argument back then is still valid. It also closes that argument out.
