Avenue-X Gives Provider Information to News Channel 3--Response to Babytech

"I think I should be the first to let you know that Avenue-X is also being accused of attempted homicide." - Babytech

This doesn't have anything to do with Aimee and Leetah's arguments.

First, Aimee sent two other PM's in addition to the one posted above. These PMs go into detail on the above PM.  Not posting them, unedited, distorts what's really going on.

Second, Aimee raised the alarm on the breakdown in an important screening process. This involved screening people that could access the ladies room... a room full of sensitive information. This room contained personal information, both provider and hobbyist.
This failed screening process let a "ticking time bomb" into the VIP forum.

"This could be the first case in the country of message board software standing trial for literally trying to kill a human, but hey, precedent must be set." - Babytech

With the way these investigations go, they'd have to find intent and motive. Meaning, they'd narrow the search down to the specific people... on this board... that communicated the threat.

Key Avenue-X people provided a couple providers' information to the news media. They could easily provide the cops information pertaining to the homicide. You could easily spare your doom and gloom from the rest of the message board.

You could also sit on this information, the following investigation would compromise Avenue-X' security integrity.

Here's another way that precedence could be set.

I've known that Ellie participates in this hobby. They also read hobby message boards. I wouldn't be surprised if they generated reviews.

Now, let's say that a provider rooms with a cop and lawyer. What happens if that person gets mad? What if this person decides to use the information, from the VIP forum, against someone in this board? Someone pisses this woman off, and she gives names away.  Guess who else comes down?

Ellie. Yup, talk about Ellie in this area being the subject of a fresh scandal, one that causes a news feeding frenzy.

Then we have the aftermath... this board receiving attention on the other message boards... and not the good kind either.  We're talking about posts mentioning the "Ellie Bust" that "happened" at Avenue X... something about a provider rooming with a cop who turned against this board.

Not saying that this WILL happen. When you let that provider into the VIP room, you increased that possibility.

Again, this "VIP Members only" room contains sensitive information. You select people via screening before allowing them in. You have a provider, who rooms with Ellie, who could access hobbyist or provider information.

Ellie could use that information to gain more data on the hobbyist... or provider.

That information is there. How do I know?

A woman, with access to that board, sent me an invitation to an event. This is an event that required verification.

How could a lady, that I haven't seen, verify me for an event? You had to express interest for this event, and I didn't express interest in it. Not saying that my information is on this Ladies board, but still... a leak having access to all of that? The idea gives one the shivers.

"Since the board could potentially go to jail, all of its inhabitants will most likely go with it, and yes my friend that includes you. Allow me to be the first to advise you to pack your soap on a rope, unless of course you like it like that. We could all be in for a lengthy stay in an ugly place." -- Babytech

Not everybody on the board could go to jail.

In order to prove that someone attempted to commit murder, they have to have things like motive and intent. They'd have to communicate a threat, and have plans to go out and murder someone.

Not everybody on this board communicated that.

You see, what happens to the rest of us depends on what the moderators, or owners, of this board do in the face of an investigation.

If the court asks for specific information, this information could wind up in the news sometime down the road. If the moderators know who the guilty people are, they could just throw those people under the bus. This'd spare the rest of the board from trouble.

Now, what if that didn't happen?

Then the state would issue a warrant. Even if your server is located in another country, many of the "leaders" of this board operate inside Virginia. Virginia is one of the places this board operates in. Virginia's long arm statute is enough to force you guys to provide them with information.

They could ask for the whole board.

This means, they won't just have access to specific posts and questions. They'll have access to all posts and PMs. They'll have access to all the information on Avenue-X.

Whether your scenario plays out or not depends on what Avenue-X' administrators do. If they don't cooperate, the board suffers.

Avenue-X could easily throw a bunch of hobbyists to the wolves to save their own hides. I'll cover more on that later.

This could lead to one thing leading to another.

"I think you should also know that I was told two years ago that I would be sued for slander, libel, and the genocide of all the little people in her head. I know the courts are slow, so I'm still holding my breath and awaiting the police to show up at my door any day now. Let me tell you, two years of waiting will cause undue stress to a new moderator. I'm also not very fond of walking around with a blue face, it's really not my color." -- Babytech

The courts aren't the only ones that are slow.

"Little people in her head" are not as tangible as a cop, a lawyer, and Aimee's booklet of files.

You're "worried" about a phony threat. You don't seem to be worried about a real threat. This threat is in the form of a lady that rooms with a Ellie. This lady threatened to turn a couple people here to Ellie.

If that woman has evidence documenting what she's charging you with, the courts might move faster. Aimee's saved correspondence isn't a figment of her imagination. They're way too tangible.

If you're worried about the women and the people in her head, you could breathe easily. The lady doesn't have anything to show for the "people in her head." Aimee has something that's real and tangible.
Babytech said:

You see, I am the AntiChrist, or so I've been told. The manipulation of whores is mere folly for me and my followers. You do know that Red is nothing more than a mere pawn in my game, I control 97% of all the evil doings in the Virginia escort world (a quote by another old withered cunt, umm, I mean old friend). So, it was I, me, the Headmistress of Hate, the *new* moderator, the the.... You get the picture.

So yes, I admit it without hesitation, I manipulate the entire board daily, and have for 365 days a year since it's joyful inception in 1999, or was it 2000? You must excuse me, age has gotten the best of me. I've tried to tell the good people here on many occasions, as have many others, yet you all continue to stay and pretend you don't know.
This is the largest smoke screen I've seen on this thread to date. What's the smoke screen's intent? Just play along, and pretend that people are making a mountain out of an anthill.

Unfortunately, the smoke is not thick enough. I've asked probing questions and I've seen what Aimee generated. Something went wrong when it shouldn't have. This happened in the hands of those that allegedly indicated that this wouldn't happen again.

Let's take a look at what Aimee and Leetah said.

"You're neck deep in involvement here. You knew all along what was going on. You kept it to yourself. If you had responded to Leetah or Joey on the initial post this would have never happened." - Aimee

"If you would have come in and said that you allowed it then I would have come in and said an apology, would have said "my bad." Cause I have always told Joey I love her tats and body~ But when what I thought were rules broken...then that's why I said what I did." - Leetah

"I authorized the pic. I didn't deem it graphic enough to remove." - Red

"I also have the one where you claim responsibility and say that you don't have to explain shit. Why that type of response? Because you are guilty as sin of this entire fiasco. Not only have I saved every conversation, post, thread, pm, the list is endless. I have a recorded conversation with your moderator, in which the mod tells me that you allowed it and that you wanted Joey417 gone." - Aimee

It's like what they say. If you have the facts, pound the facts in. Pound it in with a logical argument. If you don't have an argument, try to confuse the reader with smoke screens.

I don't see the other side presenting a logical argument. Aimee presented a well thought out and organized argument. It's based on facts presented in two PMs not shown above.

The other responses amount to smokescreens.

The other side hasn't even advanced a semblance of a logical counter rebuttal. It looks like the opposition knows that Aimee and Leetah are on to something. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not the only one seeing what's going on here.

"Therefore, I think the best thing for you to do, would be to have some integrity and follow your friends on their journey to another board land." -- Babytech

Move on and let this die? And where's the integrity in that? I mean, it's obvious who is in the wrong, and it's not Aimee or Leetah.

You're telling me to let this disappear into the fog and mist. You want to facilitate that by having me move on. You don't want me to stick around and bring things into the open that you want hidden.

Someone dropped the ball when they shouldn't have. Aimee and Leetah called them out on it.

Aimee became the first to raise the red flag and warn her fellow providers. She warned them that there was a wolf in sheep's clothing.

How did you guys handle this warning and manipulation complaint?

You edited, or deleted posts and threads. You banned people, or threatened to ban them. You gave veiled warnings and launched smoke screens. Let's project into the future and add "locked posts" to that in case that's also used.

You're attempting to silence me instead of coming to terms with the three PMs.

Why the threat?

I'm doing what the flame forum allows me to do. I'm lighting your ass on fire, no restrictions except that personal information isn't given.

Why are you threatening me with a banning if I don't keep my mouth shut? This, plus the other games you pull, speaks volumes of the guilt you guys have.

Integrity prevents me from moving from this topic. I'm not going to save my hind end when two women are looking for justice. I don't see any integrity in letting this rest. You guys are playing your games on the heels of Aimee's warning.

She warned that someone, with connections to LE, had access to the VIP board.

You could've snuffed this out by replying to Aimee on this forum. You could've included a copy of her two private messages. These private messages, unedited... and the above private message, unedited, present a complete picture.

The other thing you could've done was include an apology.

I can't simply forget the two women who care about the people they see.  I definitely won't forget that one woman that brought me into this hobby... when every other provider ignored my initial queries.

If integrity means moving back to the other forum, and ignoring this, then the integrity that I've learned while going up the ranks was the "wrong" integrity.  The integrity definitions that I've just read, to double check that I'm not going nuts, are "wrong."

Are you talking about a different kind of integrity?

RECAP 01: Aimee and Leetah got played, Aimee got played twice. A flame started. One of the moderators "encouraged" this flame to happen. She sat on information that could've prevented this flame.

My face envied that piece of information by the way.

The moderator sat on that information for two reasons. First, the fight drew traffic to Avenue-X. Second, someone was finding an excuse to get rid of certain people. It didn't take them long to get rid of Aimee and Leetah.

"I will be at the mixer tomorrow with actual booklets of the entire transcript of everything, including my correspondence to you. I have nothing to hide." - Aimee.

She wouldn't do that unless she knew she was in the right. Integrity is sticking up for someone that's right... even when it risks administrative sanctions for sticking up for what you know is right. To do otherwise is to show lack of integrity.

Aimee showed integrity by bringing the facts to the front. She did it by confronting what she saw was wrong. You guys rewarded her integrity with a banning.

RECAP 02: Aimee raised the red flags in the ladies forum. She warned about a provider that roomed with a cop and a lawyer. She was the first to do so. She warned you people about a woman that was supposed to be properly screened... before allowing her to a forum with sensitive information.

Now why the cover-up? Why no statement about how this is being corrected? So far, the only substantial thing you've done was say, "If you feel that your security is compromised, you're free to leave this board."

After Aimee paraphrased this person's statement... that the "chicas" that messed with her are "no longer around" That woman was able to continue posting.

Or better yet, have you guys asked this woman to leave the board?

That tells me that there isn't a serious effort to prevent the wolves from coming in. Some people are cooperating with LE.

I mean, how is it that we could have a news segment where Aimee's picture forms the backdrop?

Let's do some addition.

1. Aimee warns about a woman with LE, also seeks certain type of relief for an injustice done to her on this board. She gets banned.

2. A mod responds to legitimate questions concerning Ellie representation on this board. This Ellie isn't part of the hobby. What's her response? People could leave if they don't feel secure.

3. Aimee's picture is shown as a backdrop as part of a news segment on a local channel.

Hmm, 1 +2 = 3?

There's no integrity in just shutting my mouth and moving on. I can't do that when there's something obviously going on... and everybody's safety, on this board, is compromised.

"A land full of joy, honesty, integrity, and optimism. A land where LE doesn't exist and where all whores tell the truth." -- Babytech

This isn't about joy, optimism, or being somewhere Ellie doesn't have access to. This isn't just about intermingling with people that always tell the truth. This is about people having the integrity to owe up to what they did.

You guys played someone after you guys assured her that this wasn't going to happen.
You guys left damaging information up when you guys should've taken it down. Someone withheld information, and watched people go at it. She could've stepped in, volunteer that information, and spare everybody else the carnage.

This isn't about someone coming in and telling everybody to stop, to lock posts, to delete posts, to send warnings to people to stop the fight. This isn't about telling them to cease and desist "or else!"

Neither Aimee nor Leetah are blaming people for what they said. They know that they're responsible for what they typed.

Here's the elephant in the room. This is the variable that wasn't thrown into the equation early on. This variable would've zeroed the rest of the transaction out.

Someone could've stopped the brawl with information she sat on.

You guys wronged Aimee, she asked for relief. A talk about integrity should include posting two PMs - unedited - that would "clear Aimee's name." They provide details to prove that Aimee isn't just making this up.

This talk should also include apologies issued to Aimee and Leetah. These should be posted on the ladies and public boards. Aimee's three PMs hints at who should deliver the apology.

I've talked to Aimee. She said it's OK to post those other two PMs, provided that they're unedited.

If you have integrity, you'd grant Aimee favorable action. This includes deleting the threads she's requested deleted.

Now, I'm looking at this thread, and other threads in this forum. I've seen Aimee's files. What I'm looking at shows that Aimee is right. The other side failed to advance a logical counterargument against Aimee and Leetah.

I'm laughing at the joke of a defense your crew mounted against Aimee and Leetah... and what they have against you.

"My advance apologies for wishing you anything good, it's unbecoming of me." --
Babytech

You guys should apologize about the post that I'm addressing. Such smoke screens belong in the battle field. You guys should apologize to Aimee and Leetah.

Follow that apology up with one to the general board for the security breach.

You guys wronged a couple women when they trusted you guys to keep their backs covered. You guys wrong the Avenue-X community for breeching their safety.

"But just this once I'll break from my notorious tradition of playing the evil guy (err woman) and wish you all the love, hand-holding, and kumbaya singing in the world at your new message board of residence." -- Babytech

The reverse is true. You guys couldn't hold hands, sing kumbaya, and spread the love, without someone inconveniencing you with your screening incompetence. Aimee and Leetah prevented you guys from channeling Mother Nature's energy in peace.

You want me to restrict myself to the politics section and hide there like a coward. You want me out of the picture so that I don't interrupt your "kumbaya" songs.

I mean, this is the first flame forum where it's rare to have real flames. When they do have real flames, people complain.  Sheesh... you guys should rename this forum the "Tea Sipping Forum.

"You can also just choose to take yourself back to the hole we made specially for your kind... the politics, religion, philosophy board." -- Babytech

And turn the heat off from certain people here in the process? Where's the integrity in that?

I don't see any integrity with running to the other forum like a coward, and hiding there. WOW, let you guys breathe a sigh of relief as this slips past the first page and gets buried.

Let's be honest here. You guys know, deep down inside, what I'm getting at. Aimee, Leetah, the flame that you guys started, the list goes on.

Aimee saved something that's very extensive, thorough and damming.

Here's what's sadder. Joey417 is fighting for the side trying to get rid of her. She's your elaborate plan for removal's target. She should've heard the conversation that Aimee had with one of the moderators.

In case you have the urge to say, "Who cares?" A lot of people do.

P.S. I guess asking you if I could post a review, on my free double's session with Aimee and Leetah, is out of the question, eh?
