Avenue-X--Consistently Poor Grammar Kreamykay Attacks One of My Words

[quote]Originally posted by kreamykay
Look, I know I am not one to talk about grammar & correct spelling. I just type what I am feeling. I must say though, that if you are going to correct someone on their spelling then, maybe, just maybe you should quote Shakespeare correctly.
It's "loose" not "lose"
If a poster starts a flame with me, I'll "let lose the dogs of war". No wait . . . I do show restraint . . . when my "flame partner" is neutralized. [quote]

Did you pay attention to what you read? Or do you need to hire a retard interpreter? It seems like you need someone to translate what I said into retard terms so that you'd understand it?

How about reading and understanding everything I say before responding to me?

Your intention behind expressing that you're not one to talk about grammar & correct spelling... is similar to the intention I expressed when I said this:

"To add icing to the cake, I'm pointing these out to you while I'm tired." - Pothos

That's me essentially saying that I'm not perfect. In fact, being tired, I expected to make mistakes.

That wasn't the point behind my correcting the other poster's grammar. That person attacked my grasp of basic grammar. In response, I corrected that poster's grammar.

What part of my giving him a taste of his own medicine didn't you understand?

Now, since you attacked my grammar, I'm going to do the same thing to you.

"congratulations chicago..youdeserved to win.." - kreamykay

Feedback: The first letter in a sentence is capitalized. You capitalize the first letter in the city's name. You put a space between two words.

"i think what's really great is that i believe it will be the first african american coach to take a team to superbowl!" - kreamykay

Feedback: The first letter in a sentence is capitalized. The letter "I," as you used it, is capitalized. Both "African" and "American" are capitalized.

"now if the colts win...well, that would be really great too.." - kreamykay

Feedback: The first letter of a sentence is capitalized.

Redundant? Yes.  But so was your post.  You already explained that you're not the one to point these things out. I made a similar disclaimer, but that didn't stop you from doing something similar.

kreamykay:  I did get the idea though Pothos.. Ok, I'm out now.

That's kind of like running up to a stranger on the street and punching him. Then, knowing that he'd kick your ass, you excuse yourself from him... hoping that he won't get you back.

kreamykay:  Just trying to make it seem somewhat balanced.

The post that I replied to created an imbalance. My response restored that balance. Your post didn't balance things by a long shot, it restored the imbalance. Now, thanks to this post, the balance is restored.

I could see what you're trying to do here. But your good intentions are misplaced. Reading and understanding my post would've spared you, or anybody else for that matter, from ignoring why I corrected someone's grammar.
